Plot Points

Flying solo this week, Ben talks about how science fiction is facing serious challenges as a genre, based largely on the fact that the future is becoming harder and harder to envision. The Hugo Awards controversy, The Rapture of the Nerds, and Shadowrun all get call outs in this episode!

40.2: Champions' "Day of the Destroyer"

In the ultimate episode of our time on Champions, we take a good hard look at Day of the Destroyer and learn of Dr. Destroyer's plan to kill nine of every ten humans on the planet in three days (the three day delay being a kindness on his part, but he would recommend we don't use them praying, because any gods that exist would loathe humanity for its weakness) and did you know you can buy uranium on Amazon.com?

This week, we also take a load off with guest geek, Torii Swader! (He's single!)

We are also looking for an intern to work on our webpage. The webpage is not what we'd like it to be, so we are looking for someone to take that matter firmly in hand. In return, exploit our reach to talk about your game, novel, job search, etc. Interested? Email us at plotpointsemail@gmail.com.
